What can be returned

• Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes can only be returned with all original seals, wrapping and protective packaging intact.
• Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are always handled – just contact us.

EU and UK customers

If you live in the EU or the UK, you can also withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Send us your name, email address and order number, or use our withdrawal form.

How to return

1. Email care@rogueborough.com with your order number.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging. We recommend a trackable shipping service.
3. Once we have received and inspected your return, we’ll email you and refund your original payment method.
