1. General By visiting or purchasing from www.rogueborough.com (the "Site" or "we"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products All fragrances and perfume products sold on our store are described as accurately as possible. Scent descriptions are subjective and may vary based on individual perception and skin chemistry. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.

3. Orders & Pricing All prices are listed in EUR and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. Orders are screened for potential risk or fraud as part of our standard process.

4. Returns & Refunds Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Sale items are non-refundable. We only replace items that are defective or damaged — if this applies to you, please contact us at care@rogueborough.com with photos and details.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For items over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

5. Shipping We ship to Denmark and selected EU countries. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.
